No. Declora provides informational templates and submission guidance. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Does Declora guarantee App Store approval?▾
No. Passport Readiness measures completeness and internal consistency of your App Facts and outputs. It does not predict store approval.
Do I need to connect my repository?▾
No. The core App Passport workflow does not require repository access. Answer questions, confirm services, and publish.
Does Declora submit my app for me?▾
No. You copy Apple Store Answers and Google Play Answers into the consoles and link your Public Pages yourself.
Can I edit my answers later?▾
Yes, within your editing entitlement. Changing App Facts marks affected outputs outdated until you regenerate and republish.
What happens when my app changes?▾
Update App Facts. Declora shows what is outdated so Apple answers, Google answers, and Public Pages stay aligned.
Can I use the URLs in App Store Connect and Google Play Console?▾
Yes. Public Page URLs under /p/{slug}/… are designed for store listing fields.
Will my Public Page URLs stop working after 12 months?▾
No. Published Declora URLs remain available in read-only Safe Mode. Without renewal, the last published versions stay live, but editing, regeneration, updates, policy alerts, and new Request Inbox submissions pause. See declora.app/safe-mode.
What does annual renewal include?▾
Renewal adds 12 months of active management for one App Passport, including editing, regeneration, republishing, consistency checks, Request Inbox, and policy-change alerts when Declora guidance drifts. Renew especially when store rules change and a frozen Safe Mode page would be inaccurate.
Is renewal automatic?▾
No. Declora does not automatically renew your Passport. We remind you before active management ends, and when your Safe Mode passport falls behind current Declora rules or catalog guidance.
What is Studio?▾
Studio is $149/year for up to 10 App Passports under active management — for agencies and multi-app teams. Sign in and open Dashboard → Studio for self-serve Checkout, or email hello@declora.app for assisted onboarding.
What is your refund policy?▾
If Declora is not useful, request a refund within 14 days of purchase via Stripe or hello@declora.app. Full refunds revoke paid management; published pages may remain available in Safe Mode.
What happens to Support and Delete Account pages if I do not renew?▾
The pages remain live. Declora-managed request forms pause and the pages use the verified fallback contact or deletion method configured for the app.
Do I need Terms of Use?▾
Often yes for review clarity, and especially when subscriptions or purchases are involved. Declora generates Terms from your confirmed facts.
