Declora ("we") operates the Declora App Passport service at https://declora.app. Declora provides informational submission guidance for mobile app developers. This policy describes how we handle information when you use Declora.

Operator

Declora is operated as a software product under the Declora brand. Contact: hello@declora.app.

What we collect

• Account email (magic-link sign-in and receipts)
• Project configuration you enter (app facts, selected services, descriptions)
• Payment metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Product analytics events without free-text answers or tokens
• Support and deletion messages submitted on hosted pages you publish
• Optional beta feedback you choose to send

What we do not ask for

We do not ask you to upload source code, customer databases, production credentials, API keys, or store-account passwords.

How we use information

To operate the service: generate guidance and documents from your facts, process one-time payments, send transactional email, host Public Pages you publish, and improve reliability via first-party funnel metrics.

Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting/database providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Project data is retained while your account or hosting entitlement (including any grace period) remains active. You may request deletion of your Declora account by emailing hello@declora.app.
