By using Declora at https://declora.app you agree to these terms. Declora provides informational templates and submission guidance. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and cannot guarantee approval by Apple, Google, or any regulator.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you confirm about your applications. Magic-link access is personal to your email address.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse public forms, attempt to access other users' projects, or use the service to generate misleading store disclosures.

Paid App Passports

Purchases are one-time payments (not subscriptions) that unlock entitlements described at checkout — typically App Passport access, an editing window, and Public Page management for a stated duration. The introductory First App Passport is a paid $1 offer, not free. After active management ends, published Public Pages remain available in read-only Safe Mode (URLs do not disappear solely because you did not renew). Editing and regeneration require renewal. Refunds: if Declora is not useful, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via Stripe or hello@declora.app; full refunds revoke paid management while published pages may remain available per our billing policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of your project facts and published documents. You grant us a limited license to host and process them to provide the service.
