Terms of Use for PulseHabit
Last updated: 2026-07-23
Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using PulseHabit (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These terms are an agreement between you and PulseHabit Labs (demo), the developer of the app. They are provided as an informational template assembled from details the developer confirmed; they are not legal advice.
Who may use the app
You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required in your country — to use the app. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
The developer may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms the app or other users.
Acceptable use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the app or its infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, other users' accounts or related systems;
- reverse engineer or copy the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- harass, abuse or harm other users.
Subscriptions
The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed and cancelled in your app store account settings. Except where required by law or by the applicable store's policy, fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services, including: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Sentry. Those services are provided under their own terms and policies, and the developer is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its branding are owned by PulseHabit Labs (demo) or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Ending use of the app
You can stop using the app at any time. The developer may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if the app is discontinued.
You can also request deletion of your account; see the account deletion page for details.
Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your use ends.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. The developer does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
These terms and the app's other hosted pages are informational documents; they are not legal advice, and nothing in them is a guarantee of compliance with any law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseHabit Labs (demo) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
