Privacy Policy for PulseHabit

Last updated: 2026-07-23

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PulseHabit, provided by PulseHabit Labs (demo), collects, uses and shares information when you use the app. Please read it together with the app's Terms of Use.

This document was assembled from information the developer confirmed about the app, using reviewed informational templates. It is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice and does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law.

Who provides this app

The app is provided by the developer identified below.

Information you provide

When you create an account or use PulseHabit, you may provide information directly to the developer.

  • Email address
  • A user identifier for your account

Account information

The app stores the information associated with your account so it can recognise you, keep your settings and provide its features across sessions and devices.

Sign-in and authentication

You can sign in to PulseHabit using email and password. Sign-in data is used to verify your identity and secure your account; sign-in providers may process your data under their own privacy policies.

Usage and analytics

The app collects information about how you interact with it — for example screens viewed, features used and general usage patterns — to understand how the app is used and to improve it.

Diagnostics

The app collects crash logs and performance data to detect problems, fix bugs and keep the app running reliably.

Diagnostic data is processed by: Sentry.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends push notifications, for example about activity or updates relevant to you. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Payments and subscriptions

The app offers subscriptions. Payments are processed by the app store and/or dedicated payment providers; the developer does not receive your full payment card details.

Payment and purchase management services used by the app: RevenueCat.

Third-party services

The app relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

  • Firebase Authentication — Managed authentication for email/password, phone, anonymous, and federated identity providers.
  • Cloud Firestore — Document database for app data; contents are entirely developer-defined.
  • RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase infrastructure. Store payments are processed by Apple/Google; optional customer attributes are developer-controlled.
  • OneSignal — Push notifications and messaging. Push tokens are common; advertising identifiers, email/SMS, and segmentation are configuration-dependent.
  • Sentry — Error monitoring and optional performance / session replay. User context and replay are configuration-dependent.

Why information is used

Information described in this policy is used for the following purposes:

  • App functionality
  • Account management
  • Analytics
  • Developer communications
  • Diagnostics

How information is shared

Information is shared with the service providers listed in this policy so they can perform functions on the developer's behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payments or customer support. These providers are only permitted to use the data to provide their services.

Beyond these providers, information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the app and for legitimate operational purposes such as security, record-keeping and complying with legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

When you delete your account, the associated data is deleted within about 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.

Security

Data sent between the app and its servers is encrypted in transit.

The developer takes reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your rights

You can ask the developer to access, correct or delete personal information held about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing.

To make a request, contact support@pulsehabit.example.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Instructions and a request form are available on the dedicated page: Account deletion.

Children's privacy

PulseHabit is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact the developer at support@pulsehabit.example so it can be removed.

International data processing

The developer and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including the countries where the listed service providers operate. Where information is processed elsewhere, it remains covered by this policy.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app or by other reasonable means.
